This place uses torque wrenches to do the final tightening on wheel nuts. They have never damaged a wheel of mine while changing a tire. Tire Hell (Kindom) has. They generally have a clean person who is not a worker move cars around. I've never gotten my car back with grease smudges or a filthy steering wheel, as in Tire Hell. Nothing but Porches and M. Benzes in p-lot. They re-cut the rotors in my brand new big brake kit that came warped, correcting the vibration they produced on braking.
